Hello, and a warm welcome to you all,
After a restful break, Caroline and I are delighted to be writing for you again. Once again we’ll be sending you our weekly blog, alternating between a focus on your dog’s wellbeing (Caroline) and your own psychological health (me).
This month we’re borrowing a theme from Caroline’s successful annual video series, ‘Walking into Winter’. Firstly, I’ll be explaining why the amount of natural light influences wellbeing so powerfully. In my second post I’ll offer ways to help you maintain a positive outlook despite the shorter days and darker mornings. Caroline will be talking about how our dogs can be affected by S.A.D. just like us - and how to help! She’ll also be helping you with some ideas to have more indoor fun on wet, Wintery days.
But that’s not all! Our mini-break allowed us time to come up with more ways to reach out to you.
For starters, in addition to the blogs, you’ll soon be able to listen to regular podcasts packed with timely suggestions that will benefit both you and your dogs.
We’re starting our podcasts next month, kicking off (appropriately!) with ‘The Twelve Days of Stressmas’. Look out for it!
So from now on, we can say not just ‘happy reading’, but ‘happy listening’ as well’!
